Marcia Shieldknight, Governor, Vice President

Ms. Shieldknight has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and small businesses to analyze and implement estate and wealth continuation strategies. Strategic tools used in planning implementation include but are not limited to, gifting programs, buy-sell agreements, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILIT's), trust usage, and charitable trusts.

In addition to having developed a broad client network, Ms. Shieldknight has cultivated strong relationships with advisors including insurance agents, brokers, attorneys, trust officers, and accountants. Ms. Shieldknight applies her diversified investment expertise as the managing member of Pneuma Holding Company, LLC, the President of M. Shieldknight & Associates, LLC, as well as President and CEO of Silver Shield Capital, LLC and Bondfaith, LLC. She is also the director of Agco of Spearman, Inc, providing agricultural related investment solutions. Ms. Shieldknight also served for 13 years as President of Shieldknight, Baker, Stopper, Wilson, Wood and Associates, Inc., estate and wealth continuation planners.

Ms. Shieldknight is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University, Plainview, Texas.
