Mr. Moe, co-founder and currently Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Living Benefits Financial Group, LLC, was one of the key individuals responsible for securing the Company's initial provider funding facility of $400 million USD with Berkshire Hathaway's Gen Re Securities. Mr. Moe redirected that company's operations, including its financial structures, its life insurance and diagnostic underwriting processes and servicing procedures to become one of the recognized leaders in the institutional settlement industry. Mr. Moe was responsible for structuring and negotiating ViatiCare Financial Services, LLC's $150 million USD warehouse facility with Cargill Financial Services, the then largest institutional facility in settlement history. He also personally directed the company's corporate communications and public relations.

In 1983, Mr. Moe became the Founder and President of Marquee International, Inc., a unique business management firm that develops strategic partnerships for the creation, management and licensing of intellectual properties internationally. With offices in Minneapolis and Tokyo, Marquee has represented a variety of large-scale industrial patents for manufacturing technologies now used in Japan and other Asian countries. Marquee also represented US based recording artist's intellectual property rights for the country of Japan. Marquee's client list included Prince, Ingrid Chavez, Whitney Houston, and Dianna Ross.

Mr. Moe received his B.A. in Economics from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN in 1977 with continuing education at the University of Minnesota School of Business and Metro State University in Business Administration.
