David B. Younglove, Director - Trading and Origination
Mr. Younglove is a co-founder of Living Benefits Financial Group, LLC. He has developed and implemented custom database management and data storage systems for the life settlement purchasing and brokerage industries. Mr. Younglove takes very seriously his duty to represent the insured clients and their advisors, affecting the highest possible offers that match the provider communities' acquisition desires. The majority of Mr. Younglove's new business referrals come directly from satisfied sellers and their professional advisors. His development of the underwriting and operations systems, combined with his strong personal management, has made him an industry leader in the life settlement business.
In 2007-2008, Mr. Younglove helped an international institutional bank to develop and implement a new longevity index program. Mr. Younglove assisted in developing senior presentation materials as well as processes and procedures for presentation to ensure compliance with all state regulations. He also sourced, trained and led a team of more than 600 agents across the US to originate more than 3000.
Mr. Younglove is head of origination and portfolio trading for Living Benefits Financial Group, LLC and it's subsidiaries. In 2005-2008, Mr. Younglove and his team processed or marketed more the $2 billion USD net death benefit of life settlement transactions on seniors 65-90 years of age. He led his team in the development and implementation of a proprietary online submission system allowing sellers to input and view real time processing updates.
Mr. Younglove brings a strong mix of complimentary disciplines to the life settlement process: organizational and data management, personal communication and diligent closing expertise. Mr. Younglove developed these disciplines as a 25+ year student and still active competitor of Martial Arts (currently holding a 5th Degree Master Black Belt), and from his service for the United States Marine Corps where he was an instructor in hand to hand combat and honored in the top 1% of high powered rifle marksmen.
