David B. Younglove, Director - Trading and Origination
Mr. Younglove is a co-founder and the Director of Trading and Origination of Living Benefits Financial Group. In this capacity, he oversees all third party client and origination relationships.
Mr. Younglove has led in the development and implementation of LivingStarSM, the Company's proprietary online submission and servicing platform. This unique system allows sellers and buyers to input and view real time policy and portfolio processing updates including data input, automated pricing estimations, premium optimization, transaction statuses and mortality projections.
Mr. Younglove is currently managing the submission and pre qualification of thousands of policies to satisfy origination agreements signed with two institutional buyers to deploy in excess of $500 million of investment capital.
Since 2005, Mr. Younglove has led his team to originate, model and/or purchase more than $5 billion of life settlement policies under origination agreements with large institutional banks and private equity funds. In addition, Mr. Younglove helped an international institutional bank to develop and implement a longevity index program and assisted in developing presentation materials as well as processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all state regulations. During this process he trained and led a team of more than 600 agents across the US to originate more than 3000 senior studies over a seven month period.
Mr. Younglove brings a strong mix of complimentary disciplines as a 25+ year student and active competitor of Martial Arts (currently holding a 5th Degree Master Black Belt), and from his service for the United States Marine Corps where he was an instructor in hand to hand combat and honored in the top 1% of high powered rifle marksmen.
