Offer and Acceptance
Once the portfolio has been priced and the Monte Carlo has been run, the Offer and Acceptance stage is entered
whereby we help negotiate the contract price between buyer and seller. It's a difficult task determining the
optimal price that a buyer should offer, but one of the tools that makes this job easier is our proprietary system
that manages all the portfolio's details in an easy-to-use, easy-to-access online package:

portfolio and its pricing. Having all the necessary information in one secure, password-protected online location
decreases the amount of time and cost required to negotiate and acceptable price to both buyer and seller.
