LBAM designed and implemented the LIVINGSTARSM Platform for portfolio management and servicing. This proprietary software allows clients on-line, password-protected web access to their entire portfolio.
In order to locate policies and portfolios, LBAM, as an institutional life settlement brokerage, has established solid ties with top fund managers, brokerages, life insurance agencies and financial planning firms throughout the United States. Through this process, LBAM has identified and priced more than 10,000 life insurance policy submissions from life insurance producers in the last three years.
Living Benefits Asset Management, LLC is also full service portfolio management advisor. Through experienced service professionals, LBAM provides the hands-on servicing necessary to manage all aspects of each underlying policy within a portfolio to maximize returns.
Retained by international funds and investment banks, LBAM provides unique services with specific institutional internal requirements. For example, in 2008, LBAM was contracted as a special projects company to become the lead originator for a Health and Behavioral Survey Program arranged by a large international bank. During the first half of that year, more than 3,000 health and behavioral surveys were successfully originated with healthy seniors across the United States. This program is still being utilized today.
