LBAM's portfolio analysis and acquisition process follows a thorough due diligence methodology. When a client engages LBAM in a portfolio trade, LBAM generally manages the portfolio on a go forward basis. However, our methodology can be broken out into individualized ancillary services to meet the needs of our clients. These services may include:

• Detailed documentation review and analysis
• Portfolio and individual case pricing
• Premium projections and optimization
• Purchase/sell timelines for profitability optimization
• Portfolio IRR analysis and projection
• Mortality database sweeps or individualized mortality tracking
• Death claim processing

LBAM provides secondary or "back-up" contract servicing. We are able to receive either real time (hot) or batch (warm) data feeds and apply detailed analysis to a provider's source files.
